Interim Assistant Dean for Career Development

Interim Asst. Dean Won is an alum of the College of Law (’05) and previously served in the Career Development Office for over six years, most recently as Assistant Dean for Employer Outreach. In that role, she focused on post-graduate employment counseling and employer relations. Asst. Dean Won practiced municipal and school law in the California Bay Area, including as Deputy General Counsel to San Francisco Unified School District. Asst. Dean Won’s undergraduate degree is from Stanford University, where she majored in Public Policy. She is a Teach For America alum, teaching first and second grades for Arbuckle Elementary School in San Jose, California. With offices in both Phoenix and Tucson, Asst. Dean Won is able to seamlessly cover the major employment markets throughout Arizona.

Meredith Wiggins is the Senior Director of Career Development for the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. Before joining UA, she held the role of Assistant Director of Career Services and Judicial Clerkships at the University of Kansas School of Law's Office of Career Services, where she previously worked as a Career Counselor and Administrative Associate. In her time at KU Law, she counseled students individually and in groups, planned and executed career exploration and interview events, served as the office point person for judicial clerkships and JD Advantage roles, conducted alumni outreach, and assisted in collecting employment data for graduates and alumni. Born in Alabama, Meredith comes to Arizona by way of Lawrence, Kansas, where she lived for a decade after completing her Master's degrees in Literature (2012) and Women Studies (2013) at the University of Alabama. In addition to her time in legal career development, she also taught college writing for three years and worked in university career services.

Kaitlyn Quigley is an Assistant Director in the Career Development Office. Kaitlyn grew up in Tucson, and she is delighted to return home and to help Arizona Law students achieve their professional goals. Before joining the Career Development Office, Kaitlyn worked for nearly five years at Legal Aid Chicago. She was first a staff attorney and then a supervisory attorney with Legal Aid Chicago’s medical-legal partnership project. Previously, Kaitlyn was a litigation associate at Winston & Strawn LLP in Chicago and law clerk to the Honorable Rebecca White Berch (ret.) of the Arizona Supreme Court and the Honorable Douglas L. Rayes of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. Kaitlyn received a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law in 2013. She was an Associate Editor of the Northwestern University Law Review and student attorney with the Children and Family Justice Center, and she was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Before law school, Kaitlyn graduated from Loyola College in Maryland and served for a year as a Jesuit Volunteer at the Homeless Advocacy Project, a free legal clinic in San Francisco.

Grace Fenlason

Grace Fenlason is a Tucson native and has been the coordinator of the Arizona Law Career Development Office since July 2022. Before joining Arizona Law, Grace graduated from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff with a Bachelor of Science in journalism, minor in English. During her time there, she was Editor-in-Chief of the student-run newspaper The Lumberjack. After returning to Tucson, she worked as a legal courier for several years as well as a licensed insurance agent for ADP. She is also the social media editor for the online literary magazine Waxwing. Grace plans on pursing a degree in Library and Information Science at the University of Arizona.

Chantal Johnson is an Assistant Director in the Career Development Office. Before joining UA, Chantal worked for several years at Brooklyn Legal Services, first as a staff attorney and then as a Deputy Director in the Housing Unit, where she practiced eviction defense. She held these positions during the implementation of New York City's "universal access to counsel" for low-income tenants facing eviction, the first legislation of its kind in the U.S. Chantal started her legal career at the Bronx Defenders, providing holistic civil legal advocacy for justice-involved clients. She received her J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2014. While at Stanford, Chantal was a student attorney with the Community Law Clinic and a volunteer instructor with the Prison University Project. Before law school, Chantal worked at Breaking Ground, a supportive housing non-profit in New York, and received a Master's degree in English and American Literature from NYU.
