I'm going to try something a little different today. We all know that it's a tough time to be a law student right now. They’re looking for advice and mentorship. So I thought it might be a good idea to help them connect with the many lawyers in my network. With that in mind: 1. If you're a law student, leave a comment introducing yourself and describe what your career interests are. 2. If you're a lawyer, leave a comment introducing yourself and what you do. 3. Read through the comments and feel free to reach out to each other directly. Earliest commenters usually get the most profile views and connection requests. Let's put the power of LinkedIn to work! #lawschool #lawyers #networking
Thank you for this creative post! I'm Meghan, a 1L at Stetson College of Law. I am interested in practicing in some area of civil litigation (not 100% sure exactly what) after law school in the Bradenton/Sarasota, Florida area.
Thank you for creating this space, Alex Su! Hi everyone, I'm a recent graduate from Duke Law and interested in copyright, trademark, and/or general litigation. I'd love the chance to connect with any attorneys that specialize in these practice areas, and learn about their careers and experiences. Hope everyone is staying safe!
I also wish to add that I was previously working as a Counsel in a law firm in Abuja, Nigeria, and currently out of work.
Hello! I'm a first year LLB Law with Business student, studying at the University of Essex, UK. I am interested in corporate law. I would like to speak and connect with any professional in such practices.

Great initiative. I am a lawyer trained and practising in India for the last 10 years. Looking forward to give QLTS and wondering if it will allow me to practise internationally
Hi everyone! I am a rising 2L at Campbell Law and I am interested in starting up my own nonprrofit organization focused on expanding basic legal education to high school students across North Carolina!
Alex Su Thank you for this post targeting meaningful connections. It appears as if you are already helping several law students. Well done!
Hey everyone! Not sure who will read this, but I commented earlier and am wondering if anyone on this thread can help. I am a graduating law student. I had a fellowship opportunity that fell through due to Covid -related budget concerns. As a result, I am now back in the job market. If anyone has any ideas or advice for me I would really appreciate it! Once again, I am interested in disability compliance or policy related work. However, I am open to any opportunities right now to gain experience.
